Nothing is more valuable in life than good health. Take the elevator your office or apartment every day? Get a natural step workout by using the stairs! Sit slumped in your chair all day? Sit up straight, or even stand, to keep your core working without you even noticing. Stretching between tasks is another way to get fit and stay fresh. Feeling fresh and springy helps you energize yourself to do a lot of the other routine stuff that can keep you healthy.
